  • 500 Gr Chicken Fillet
  • 5 Cloves of Crushed/Smoothed Shallots
  • 3 Cloves of Crushed/Smoothed Garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of Palm Sugar
  • 1 Crushed Lemongrass
  • 1 Tomato
  • Enough Olive Oil (Optional)


  • Boil the chicken until it cooked, after that, shred the chicken.
  • Pour the Olive Oil and sauté the crushed shallot and the garlic, together with the cruhed slemongrass and some lime leaves.
  • After that, put the black pepper, salt, and the palm oil. And mix it well.
  • Put the shredded chicken, leek flake and the sliced tomato. Mix well until all the ingredients absorb into the chicken
  • Finally, serve it with warm rice, and ENJOY!
